This website is delivered through a hosting provider. The provider may process technical access data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, referrer, and error information to deliver the site, maintain security, troubleshoot availability, and investigate abuse.

If you contact us by email, your message, email address, metadata, and any information you include are processed to respond to the request. Do not send secrets, private repository contents, tokens, payloads, diffs, private keys, or .env files.

If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is processed to notify you when a new version or update ships from Impact Boundary Labs. Signup uses double opt-in: you receive a confirmation email and are only added after you click the confirmation link.

The newsletter is delivered through MailerLite (MailerLite Limited), which acts as a processor and stores your email address to send these messages. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. After you unsubscribe, your address is removed from the active mailing list.

The newsletter is used only for release and product updates from Impact Boundary Labs. It is not used for unrelated advertising, and your address is not sold.

This public website uses Plausible Analytics on the deployed site for aggregate reach measurement, website improvement, and simple interaction measurement. The privacy and imprint pages are excluded from analytics.

The homepage explainer video may send aggregate custom events when a visitor starts or completes the video, together with the selected video language. These events are used to understand whether the explainer is useful.

This website does not use marketing cookies. No individual user profiles, account IDs, email addresses, cross-site tracking data, GitHub tokens, Runner keys, PEM files, payloads, repository contents, or private demo data are sent by this website analytics setup.

Analytics only concerns the public website. It does not apply to local MCP Boundary runs, self-hosted Gateway instances, or user-operated agent workflows.

This public website does not provide user accounts or payment processing at this stage.

The website may link to external services such as GitHub. If you follow those links, the external provider is responsible for its own processing.

The product material describes technical preview and local evaluation surfaces. The preview does not prove semantic correctness. This privacy notice describes the public website, not a local MCP Boundary run, self-hosted Gateway deployment, or user-operated workflow.
